I came in a little later after being turned away at another salon. I also typically am nervous to go into a salon because I feel judged about having shorter nails. This was my first time at Charis and everyone was very nice. Even after I witnessed a few customers come in and were kind of rude to the front desk staff, they handled it very professionally and were polite! Peter was great! I will definitely be back
