Vivian was nice and professional but I waited for 30 minutes to start. I will not be returning. Had to pay &5 for gel nail removal and paid $15 for you to put it on. I only come here so basically I paid $20 for gel and I understand prices are getting high but $5 to take the polish off you put on is outrageous
